The Dimora dei Cavalieri Restaurant offers its guests the farm's own products: the organoleptic quality and authenticity of the meat are guaranteed. The sheep and goats are fed grains and fodder grown on the farm. Our guests will appreciate the ricotta and cheeses made from sheep's and goat's milk according to the traditional techniques of ancient shepherds for their exquisite authenticity.
