La Dimora dei Cavalieri offers its guests the farm’s products: the organoleptic quality and wholesomeness of the meat is guaranteed. For the supply of sheep and goats are used cereal and forage grown on the farm.

You will appreciate the delicacy and authenticity of ricotta and cheese produced with the transformation of sheep and goat milk using traditional techniques of the old shepherds.
Even for the pizza and pasta we use our wheat flour mills transformed from old tradition.
We offer the local wine produced by the vagliese St. Paul. You can also taste the typical Basilicata wines such as Aglianico del Vulture and Grottino Roccanova. With the dessert is a must the Moscato del Vulture.

Lentils, chickpeas, potatoes and vegetables served to our guests are produced in the Lands of Braida, became famous for the discovery of the treasures of Princess Italica. The sausage is, however, produced according to ancient vagliese recipe, whose secret lies in the particular dosage of ingredients and spices for flavoring, and in favorable climates in which it occurs seasoning.
