The Restaurant

The Dimora dei Cavalieri Restaurant offers its guests the company’s products: the organoleptic qualities and authenticity of the meat are guaranteed. In fact, cereals and fodder grown on the farm are used to feed the sheep and goats. The ricotta and cheeses derived from the transformation of sheep and goat’s milk according to the traditional techniques of the old shepherds will be appreciated by our guests for their delicacy and authenticity.

Even for the pizza and pasta we use our wheat flour mills transformed from old tradition.
We offer the local wine produced by the vagliese St. Paul. You can also taste the typical Basilicata wines such as Aglianico del Vulture and Grottino Roccanova. With the dessert is a must the Moscato del Vulture.

Lentils, chickpeas, potatoes and vegetables served to our guests are produced in the Lands of Braida, became famous for the discovery of the treasures of Princess Italica. The sausage is, however, produced according to ancient vagliese recipe, whose secret lies in the particular dosage of ingredients and spices for flavoring, and in favorable climates in which it occurs seasoning.
