The farm, owned by Canio Ricciuti, is a family run business and is characterized in time for the breeding of sheep and goat and the extensive production of durum wheat.
In 1972 Canio has been recognized at the regional level, with the awards for the best Agnello Bianco (white Lamb), the result of a cross between the sheep Gentile Lucana and French rams Ile de France. The Agnello Bianco is served to the guests today at La Dimora, and has excellent organoleptic qualities.
La Dimora’s guests can participate the farm activities and spend some hours with Canio in a tour throghout the lands jumping in his Land Cruiser.
